The importance of ‘wellness and health,’ which is a major paradigm of modern society, and the need for sports activities to maintain good health is being highlighted under the grand theme of improving the quality of life. Accordingly, our department provides excellent theoretical education, practical training, and field-oriented education through industry-university cooperation in various areas of sports and health sciences. Our aim is to produce excellent sports instructors in a time when life expectancy is 100 years of age and ultimately foster lifelong athletes.
